Extremely Poor Quality – Possibly Expired!
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased LuvLap Moisturising Baby Soap, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The soap has a terrible smell, and I strongly suspect that it is expired or defective, making it unsafe for use.As a Prime member, I expected better quality control from Amazon, but this experience has been completely unacceptable. Selling baby products in such a condition is highly irresponsible!I have already raised a return and refund request, but Amazon should seriously review the quality of this product and take action against such listings. Parents, please be cautious before purchasing this soap!
