Delicious! I am not a big popcorn fan, and don’t typically eat it because of low nutritional value and high carbs. I decided to give sorghum a try - high protein content, low sugar, good dose of fiber, what’s not to like? I’ve got plain avocado oil and sea salt. It is wonderful! I can’t stop eating it. The kernels are smaller than popcorn but there are no hard ones. It tastes very much like popcorn but better. The texture is very pleasant, first crunchy and then soft. It is a bit expensive but I will definitely buy again.

Nature Nate’s Popped Sorghum is like popcorn’s healthier, cuter cousin. Crunchy, light, and just the right amount of salty. The avocado oil gives it a clean taste and I don’t feel guilty finishing the whole bag in one sitting (which I totally did 😭). Perfect for keto or just plain snacking!

I hate that it’s an American product. And worse that it’s so darn good. During my weak moments I will probably still buy because it is delicious.
