I don't know if there is an unflavored "Fusion" I like the vanilla because I can add fruit or some veggies and it tastes great compared to so many other protein mixes that are too chalky and peculiar tasting.

This product can be used with warm water or milk. Every microwave is different but in mine if I heat for one minute it's fine. If you put protein powder into liquid that is too hot it clumps .
