Love this Soybean Paste for sauces and soups
Love this paste for my Asian cooking. I like the umami in the sauce and I want a mild profile to elevate my sauces or my soups. There’s plenty of other sauces to provide heat. I have bought several of these tubs. Good value for the price point. 5 stars

This more like straight miso bean paste not SsamJang!
Proper SsamJang should be delicate blend of miso and red hot bean paste! Proper ssamJang should have fresh slight sweet tangy taste, but this is too strong miso-ish bitter over fermented salty taste!!! As a Korean it doesnt meet the standards of fresh restaurant SsamJang taste!!! Since it cant be returned I have to attempt to fix it with adding abit more red bean paste and slight honey!!

Korean dipping sauce
Item was just as described! Shipping was fast and item was well packed. This is a dipping sauce and I would not use for cooking. Taste is great as it is not too spicy. Great for dipping veggies in! Would definitely buy it again.
