I like this chair alot! Cross leg chairs are supposed to make it easy to move around often so you can stay sitting for longer and reduce back pain. It does take a little getting used to, but once you find your favorite positions it's alot more comfortable than usual stagnant chairs! The chair does make some noise and If you sit down too hard/ throw yourself onto it the seat does go down sometimes, but these aren't super noticeable and are easy to keep in mind and avoid. I think they're very minor issues to deal with since this chair is alot more affordable than competitors! I only wish they had more color options, but for the price I can't really complain

I've used the chair for almost a month and while the footrest is a great addition, the rest of the chair is incredibly uncomfortable. The padding and support is seriously lacking, the seat is too small, and there is minimal adjustablility. A full workday in this chair leaves me achy and uncomfortable for the remainder of the day. The only part I like is the ability to use the footrest to change leg positions as I get restless. That's it.

This chair is a good start - I made several modifications: - Replaced the hydraulic lift with a longer stroke https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088FLJ81P/ - Removed the back - Replaced the wheels https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09X4LH5HK/ - Will likely replace the seat cushion as it's very thin and not comfortable. But it has improved my flexibility and mobility after only a couple weeks of use. I find this to be easier to sit on all day than a Swiss Ball. I have a standing desk, but sometimes find myself slouching. Consider how close you like to sit to your desk and the clearance with your knees and the desktop. For example, in a squat, your knees bump into the desk edge making typing awkward. It can be quite tippy depending on where you place your weight, so caution is needed when changing positions. Turn off your camera! Lol

I sit in a chair for 5 hours at a time and my legs were going numb in my fancy office chair. This chair allows me to sit with my legs crossed or on the floor. The foot pad swivels easily to change positions quckly. My chair had a problem with the height adjustment so I was going to return it. The support team offered to help and walked me through several things and then sent me a new seat. I appreciate how helpful they are. As others have noted, the chair is not the higher quality chair that sells for 600+dollars, but it really does function well and I have a cloth over the vynl so I do not stick when I am wearing a skirt. Easy fix.

The backing won't stay on and where you have your legs at rips easly. Other wise it a comfortable chair. It just wears out quickly.

If I were strictly rating the chair I would give this one star. The chair was awful. After unboxing the foot rest did not tighten around the piston. So the company sent a new foot rest. Then I could not get the chair to stay in the raised position and it would lower all the way down. Customer service gave me some things to trouble shoot. I did those and wihle it helped some the chair would eventually inch down again, or drop suddenly. So again I contacted customer service. In the end they sent an entirely new chair. Two months went by before I was able to put the new chair together due to being out of the country and other travel. Once I finally got the chair put together I had the same problem with the seat lowering. I went through the trouble shooting actions that I was previously given, and alas it was no help. I was sure when I contacted customer service they would tell me that I was out of luck due to the time that had passed. To my surprise they are going to refund my money in the next 24 hours, and I do not need to return the chair. Dispose of it yes, but better than some of the other reviews I've read. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the whole reason I am giving it a second star. If I could rate the customer service separately I would give them 5 stars because I do appreciate their effort.

This is exactly what I wanted and the least expensive of options! I was trying to choose between two other similar chairs that have a lot more reviews but neither had all the features I wanted. Then I found this. It has adjustable footrest, seat and backrest. Seat and footrest are plenty big and padded enough. Everything swivels and adjusts in height. I assembled it myself - easy directions and everything fit. AND it was less expensive than the other two more popular options. I just say through multiple Zoom hours and this chair was PERFECT. My back doesn't hurt, I can wiggle and change position all I want. It's perfect.

I bought this chair in April 2024, hoping it would be a comfortable addition to my workspace. Unfortunately, I’ve been quite disappointed. First, the cushion is far too thin, making it uncomfortable for extended periods of sitting. To make it usable, I had to buy an additional cushion just to make it bearable, which added more cost to the purchase. Additionally, the adjuster has never worked properly. Despite trying multiple times to make adjustments, the mechanism seems faulty, leaving me stuck with one seating position that isn’t ideal. For the price, I expected much better quality. I would not recommend this chair to anyone looking for comfort or functionality.
