As long as you keep the bag resealed properly and keep the desicant in the package the should last up to six months or more. No they do not have to refrigerated as they are freeze dried.

We have discovered that our harvest times based on seasonality has caused variances on the size of the berries, since we measure by weight .64 oz the counts have fluctuated, we are taking the appropriate steps to solve the issue as we speak. we are more than happy to refund or replace our product if any more of these instances occur while we are in the process of fixing the problem. We were the first to offer miracle berries in such a cost effective manner (which other brands are now duplicating) so we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. we truly care about this product and our customers.
