Not bad and already seeing some changes
Better than I was anticipating. Smokey flavor isn't bad I mix with my morning shot of acv and it works great. My mood is improving and seems to be helping already.

Very promising ingredients, takes time to prove itself, less intense than other brands
Like many folks I’m very new to the shilajit game; I ordered this product because I was curious to see how it compares to other brands/formulas I’ve tried recently.The scent/flavor of the Himvit Shilajit formulation is much less intense than the other brands I’ve tried, which might make it a good one to start with.in my 50+ years, I have in fact consumed MANY things that are good for me (even though the taste is not to my liking) and lived to write this review. :o)• The glass jar is dark and heavy and it comes with a gold-toned metal dosing stick. That’s one thing I really like, metal is much easier to work with AND easier to clean.• The smell is quite mild (for shilajit!!), not as earthy as other brands but still has a nice “smoky” note. While this is never going replace Nutell@, which I can consume via spoonful by the gallon, it’s definitely grown on me.• I do recommend diluting it in water (or whatever food/beverage you prefer).• I’ve given up worrying about the exact “dosage” and just dig out enough to fill the little scoop (or meet the printed dosage line). This particular jar is VERY dense/thick, which takes a bit more time to get all the “strands” wrapped around the utensil.• It’s hard to get it off the “spoon” so I just put the whole thing in the bottom of my cup (another reason I prefer metal to wood) and pour about 2-4 oz of hot water on it.• Let it sit and dissolve then give it a good stir.• For what it’s worth, I actually rather like it - the taste has grown on me and I look forward to it each morning. Your mileage may vary, obviously!It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. It’s been several weeks and I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in the way I feel but if that changes as time goes by I’ll update my review accordingly.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!

Amazing quality
The media could not be loaded. The taste is really good and it tastes like natural and earthy and once I started taking it regularly I felt more energetic and a boost in mood overall 10/10

Had I known how thick the resin is and how smoky the flavor is I would never have bought this. I highly recommend getting this in capsule form instead. It is an absolute mess to deal with.
