Installed this because the original transformer that came with my led lights only lasted a week before over heating and stopping. This transformer has been working great so far with no problems. I ordered two more to replace the other ones I have.

The vendor refunded my money after a few days. If you’re using this device to power an amplifier you’ll need 2-3 times the total RMS watts on your power adapter. I believe I overloaded the power supply and I updated my review to 4 stars. I think it should include some type of over current protection for 5 stars. I’m going to try another adapter by this vendor.

I’ve purchased approximately a dozen of these units over the years to power, various access control, and video surveillance projects. These power supplies are well built, rugged environmentally, and very reliable. As a nice touch, they give you a barrel to screw terminal adapter, which saves hunting for one. This lets me wire these up in a snap to virtually any Circuit.

Nice addition to an electronic work bench. Works fine however if you happen to bump the voltage knob and say you are powering a 3v device well that could damage the device. So it is a good variable power supply for many things just put it where it will not be disturbed. I do recommend it.

Lasted all of 2 minutes before it made a pop sound and now is completely dead. Unfortunately I've been traveling and missed the return window. Hope they see this and reach out for a replacement.

This is a great power supply the adapter tips cover almost everything. I tried this with a new HP all in one and apparently they are now playing games with power supplies. If it’s not HP coded it won’t work. However, this supply is exactly as advertised. Great deal.
