These really work!
I finally found an ankle sleeve that works with my snowboard boots!!! My right ankle has had a couple surgeries and needs that extra padding on the inside ankle bone, and these work perfectly. Thank you!

Comfy, stays put all day
I like these. I am a short woman, size 5.5 work boots. I spend 8-10 hours a day hauling brush on very steep forest terrain, so I have to keep my boots laced tight to protect my ankles from rolling. This creates pressure point pain on my ankles from the boot lace hooks and even the boot tongue, no matter what kind of boots I buy. I put these sleeves on over my socks, stretch them around to adjust the gel pads so they are right where I want them, and they don't move all day. They don't shift or bunch up or create any annoying wrinkles. This is because the gel circles are not encased inside the nylon sleeve, just somehow glued on, so the circles basically "stick" to your sock. Once you lace up, nothing moves! I was worried the bands at the top and bottom of the sleeve would be too tight, but I can't feel them at all. They are very stretchy and will fit differently on a taller person, you will probably not have them showing above your boot top or as far down the sole of your foot as shown in my picture.

Ankle protector
Granddaughter really appreciated them. She was rollerskating and was getting blisters. Fine now

Helps with ski boots!
Husbeast is a race coach for Squaw Valley Ski Team. He is in very tight white HEAD boots all day. For some reason this year one of his medial malleoli was getting rubbed by the boot and was red, swollen and painful. O a hunch, I bought these after reading all the positive reviews. Well, I am adding my own glowing review. He was skeptical, but tried them on, they were comfortable, and he said he'd give them a try. He came home after the first day raving about how his ankle didn't hurt at all. It has since gotten less red and irritated looking. Makes his job easier every day! Thanks for a great product!

Ankle support
Unable to position without support moving. Good idea but didn’t work for me.

Feelin’ no pain…
I normally have ankle pain when roller skating and went to an orthopedic surgeon to see if I had a problem to address. All good, no obvious issues. Did some research and decided to try this product. Works great. I used to wear two pairs of socks to reduce friction blisters. I don’t need to do that since wearing this. Considering getting a second set just to be sure I keep a pair in my skates.

used for a ankle brace
These are tight. I think the gel pad part could be larger. I wear a size 7.5 shoe. The brace is a size 8 boot/shoe for a varus ankle. I got these gel sleeves to relieve pressure along the base of my foot to prevent blisters. I also have ankle pressures that cause pain. The sleeves themselves are very small but very stretchy. I am able to adjust the gel pad in a position that helps relive the pressure and hopefully stopping the blisters....I hope.

I used this protect to my ankle bones when I was skating. I hadn't skated in many years and my ankle bones were very sore after each session. After wearing the gel sleeve all the pain was gone . Felt like I was wearing slippers.

After a 3 three year absence from skating due to a botched ankle surgery, I can now skate again with much reduced pain. Highly recommended

Great for extra padding for bony feet inside skates!

I bought these ankle sleeves to wear in my roller skates. I tried them on and rolled indoors for a half an hour and they felt good. I never made it to the roller rink as I was too busy so I didn’t wear the sleeves this too way for too long BUT! I wore them non stop for the entire week for more than 10 hours a day in my safety boots and they are amazing! I always had sore feet after wearing my safety boots and used a lot of pain relief cream on my ankles every night. I did not need any cream the whole week I was wearing the sleeves! The silicone paddings are thick enough to protect the joint and soft enough so I do not feel any pressure and my feet don’t get tired. I have a twice more expensive sleeves from sport check and they do not help the way these CRS Cross sleeves do. The last picture in my review shows the sleeves after wearing them for a few days before washing them. I do not keep track how I wear them and I treat them as they are reversible. Probably if you wear them the same way do the heel is in the same spot every time you wear them they will stretch to fit your foot and they will look nicer than mine but I do not do that and they still are very comfortable. I recommend this product.
