Great little motors!
Bought these motors to use for a gutter boat project. Motors worked perfectly. Used a Dremel tool to cut off the top just below crown. Then used a nail and a hammer to bang the motor shaft out while cradling the remianing counterweight sleeve with a pair of pliers. Motor was removed effortlessly from the counterweighted shaft extension. Google has videos on how to do this. All in all a great bargain!

They worked fine. You can take that little thing off the end with a little bit of patience. It’s on there pretty tight.
