I love this! Worth the money! I purchased the hard floor head as well as the carpet head. It is amazing! So lightweight, easy to use, turns easily. Love the light that shows the dirt/hair ahead of it. Things I otherwise cannot see. Suction appears very good - both floor & carpet. I also like the furniture head - picks up dog hair well. I love my Meile but this is so easy to grab and clean daily! No job to haul it out - I have it hanging on the hall wall. Easy! (Old house, few closets!) It is great to have the clear dirt container - so you can see what you have captured! The only negative I see is that the buttons are a little stiff - to change heads or open the dirt container. But as I am learning it is getting easier - or maybe they are loosening with time. I am glad I spent the money! My husband has allergies so it is good to vacuum regularly. This makes it much easier!

This has worked well for over a year now and gets weekly use. It did stick out further on the wall than anticipated so we moved it to a different storage location but I love that it hangs up and is out of the way.

I love my cordless Tineco vacuum! It is powerful and super lightweight which I appreciate especially for cleaning stairs. The main floor attachment is very maneuverable and the perfect size to weave in between our bar stool legs and under cabinets. I use the other heads for cleaning pet hair off upholstery and there is also a softer one I like for delicate surfaces. It’s easy to empty the dust bin without bags and I like that I can wash and reuse the filters. The wall charging station and holder is convenient and tidy. I did end up purchasing a couple of extra batteries so that I can get the entire house in a single session. I tend to use the vacuum mostly on the max setting so having extra batteries ready-to-go allows me to go on a cleaning binge without having to wait for batteries to recharge. Tineco customer service is also wonderful. A small plastic piece of the dustbin broke after owning it for nearly a year and I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and painless it was to immediately speak to someone in customer service. They sent me a replacement dustbin free of charge within the week and followed up to make sure I received it and that everything was working well. Great product and company!

I'm unsure of how I feel about this and may return based on this alone. You cannot glide this device across carpet at all. I have low pile. The suction is so strong it grips and it requires effort to pull it towards you and you can't do simple back and forth passes as I've seen in the videos.Trying to see if there is a setting on the wheels but the wheels are only in the front not the back. Just requires a lot of effort that I would prefer the vacuum that I already have. It certainly doesn't warrant the cost if I have to work harder than I did beforeUpdate: I have now had this vacuum for several months. I changed my review to one star because it is officially the worst vacuum I have ever had in my entire life. The attachments? I hope you like changing them. A LOT!! Do you know how when you vacuum, you come across a little bit larger piece of debris that the floor attachment won't pick up? So you detach it, And use the hose? You can't do that with this one. It only has suction if there is an attachment on it. The suction has always been weak on this machine. I'm going to call the manufacturer today because I think I have a dud. I do not understand the reviews. I had a little bit of dog food, extremely small kibble, That was dry on a hardwood floor and it would not pick it up. I've been using my older vacuum so I haven't used maybe 15 times since I've had it. So I know there is nothing wrong with filter.I bought a new vacuum that was cordless to make my life easier. I just finished my floor and I feel like I've been into a fight. My arms are exhausted from the constant changing attachments.If you were going to buy something, get Bissell or Shark or Eureka or anything that has a long history. I just can't believe I spent so much money on something my $50 vacuum does better.

We have had this vacuum for a little over a year we read all of the reviews and were prepared that the battery life isn’t as long as some models but we also only have a couple of area rugs that we needed it for so it is a great fit for our home. I can do the two rooms needed and furniture with no problem. The portability is great as I use it for our vehicles as well. the suction is great and it is easy to clean.We had a minor issue a few months back and reached out to customer service and they were so easy and great to work with. They sent replacement parts that were needed and even called back to make sure the problem was resolved and just recently checked back to make sure the issue had stayed resolved. We really appreciated it. Great product and great customer service

Let me preface this by saying that I have four dogs. We have a lot of dog hair. We have mostly hard floors and the dogs don't go into the two rooms that have carpet. I pretty much always have to use this on turbo mode in order to get all of the dog hair up, which is fine. The battery life is still enough for me to be able to do the hallway and the family room at the same time. (These are the areas that have the most hair). The issue that I have and the reason I can't give it 5 stars is because I don't like that the canister won't empty by itself when you open it. The vacuum that I had before this had a feature where you could "pump" the canister up and down and it would empty by itself. That is so much better than having to use a tool or a pen or your fingers to reach up into a canister filled with dirt, debris, and dog hair in order to empty it.
