It was a lovely watch but unfortunately the app to go with it is terrible. Not all of it works. Always saying device is offline. So can't set time and other thing. The location of the watch is saying it is at least 2 miles away from the watches location. Wouldn't recommend. We have now had to but a different one and hoping that works better.

Very disappointing - it looked like it would be ideal for my 7 year old and she bought it with her own money but from the moment we received it, it hasn't done anything it promised. I want to return it. I downloaded the app on my phone and none of the icons shown in the phone come up. I can't put it on class mode, I can't track the watch, I can't even ring it. My daughter has been able to call me on the very rare occasion - not a particularly useful facility safeguarding facility.

That was just a toy .I daughter was so excited having her kids smart watch but didn't work with any network. We just through it some wherever in the house my hard working 30 pounds waisted. May be it's my fault I bought this instead of buying Samsung or apple.
