It’s really bad it doesn’t work after one time used

Used it only once. Second time I tried to use it, it didn’t switching on anymore. Worst quality product ever.

It Didn’t come with tongs & makes a loud ticking noise like a timer. Didn’t work at all for me.

Satisfied with the purchase, it heats up quickly and is very practical due to the size, you can place it in a small space, I loved it.

Small but works just fine on the go lid is flimsy so just be careful. Also get super hot! But works for what you need it for.

I got this towel warmer as I'm a licensed Esthetician who wants to service people from my home as a side hustle. Did my practice go on my boyfriend last night and everything went great except this thing. It's such an odd design. I had no idea I had fill the base with water. The unit is small and flimsy. I fit about 6 facial towels inside, but the lid doesn't fully seal with ease. All in all, it's an okay warmer. It will likely do it's job for me just fine until I upgrade. I just think I prefer the traditional cabinet warmer to this. It's definitely portable, for sure.
