Very happy with my purchase of this chair! I found it very easy to assemble, everything was included and no screws or bolts were missing. The instructions could be improved a bit for people with less experience with using their hands to assemble stuff, I suppose, but just take your time and look at the picture on the box for guidance because it's not rocket science! When I first sat in it I thought it wasn't very comfortable but it's one of those chairs that gets comfy the longer you sit in it! The fabric material looks quite tough and hard wearing. At this price point I would steer well clear of the fake leather stuff on a chair. So last week I decided to make a home cinema in my man cave and one week later, thanks to Amazon's vast selection of everything I needed, this chair is the final piece to be added and I can look forward to the long cold winter watching movies!

The chair is lovely and comfortable. We have since bought a second one, exactly the same, which was delivered the next day. The assembly instructions are not easy to follow, however the second chair was easy once the assembly had been done on the first one. One suggestion would be for the supplier to assemble one and film it, with the resulting footage uploaded to you tube to make it easier for customers who could watch it being put together.

Bit disappointed with amount of chair stuffing - not very comfy.Good colour and shape. Reasonably easy to assemble.

As an experienced self-assembler, putting it together was a challenge single-handed but OK after studying the instructions. In use, the reclining mechanism was jerky in operation but not a problem. The comfort was just about acceptable but not as good as my previous (different) recliner. The seat base padding lost its shape within six weeks (I weigh 70kg). After two months I noticed that the left arm had come loose; three of the four screws had fallen out with both male & female threads stripped. As the seat is supported by the arm, it's no longer safe to use. Currently trying to contact the manufacturer but with COVID19 lockdown in place, I'm not optimistic

Purchased for my wife who is recovering from cancer, and needs a comfortable chair with her feet up to allow her lymphatic system to work properly.Arrived with the base end of box open. Checked major contents - all present. Had to ask supplier for assembly instructions and a bolt (Only 17 of 18 included). Original instructions found between lid flaps of opening end of box!!Assembled OK and meets expectations of comfort and use.
