Great Value
It's all about the price really. Fact is that supplements are hugely overpriced for what they are. ZMX is basically ZMA which is a mix of zinc and magnesium packaged for gym rats. Magnesium is required to get the zinc to be absorbed and that in turn helps the immune system and the combination is boosts testosterone. Apparently. But zinc and magnesium are not expensive ingredients and you can get them in low dose form from health food shops for pennies. In the higher dose level used by those of us who hit the gym there would be an expected rise in price but not to the eye watering levels the likes of Weider punt out.So I look for three things. Zinc, magnesium and aspartame. It's the same stuff in all the ZMA packaging.Then the price. And SAS ZMX is - relatively speaking - good value compared to the big suppliers.The tablets are small enough to be easily swallowed and of course provide enough zinc to help keep things ticking over.And the science is generally of the opinion that zinc is the one mineral that does help boost the immune system and fight colds - not vitamin C as many suggest. This is good for those of us who work out or engage in sports because strenuous exercise hits the immune system.Where the science is a little less clear is the boost to testosterone. My readings on balance find that there is a small boost of a max of 15% - but that's not universally agreed upon. You have to basically try it out and decide for yourself if there is any help and that's hard to quantify.What I do note is that when using zinc I find myself sleeping better and less weary at the end of a week in the gym. That may be in my head but it seems to be the case for me. And in theory as it boosts testosterone it might help keep things perky in the bedroom as well and that's always a bonus as one gets older.I can say as a bloke hitting the big 5-0 is that I can still bench over 100kgs and have managed to avoid growing a gut. That's down to sensible eating, working out and the use of moderate supplements such as ZMX.So overall if you are after a zinc supplement for gym use or sports then this is a great value option.

Beware - Contains Zinc Glutonate not aspartate
Read the description carefully, it doesn't really state that this contains zinc or magnesium aspartate, it just tells a story about what ZMA is and leads you to believe it's proper ZMA, this only has glutonate not the better absorbed aspartate versions. Not happy with the way this was advertised. Lesson learned!

Perfect. Guys you'll notice your sex drive etc increase loads with this. The 'after effects' are much more 'dramatic' if you catch my drift! I haven't tried with lifting yet but I want to get back into it now, these helped that and they will also help during! I'm taking a testosterone tablet too along with this. So all in all it kicks ass as a combo

If you want to gaurantee a full and deep nights sleep then take these!!
Top product! Currently on my third bottle having moved away from some of the more expensive but identical brands. Guaranteed perfect nights sleep every time. However, expect some pretty vivid dreams as you probably wont be used to having such deep sleeps like you used to have when you were a kid.
