If you have small feet (i.e. size 6-7) these probably would be great. I wear a 9 1/2 and these did not fit the length of my shoe. I tried playing around with it, but honestly if I place it under my heel then the cushioning on the ball of the foot is more like on the middle of my foot. These are exceptionally narrow. I feel a bit agitated because these need to be advertised as shoe size 6. I bought these online because I have a special event and didn't have much time to shop. Now I get to go to the store, and I'll have to pack these up to return. I will say this- if you have small feet, then the gel cushion seems to be nice. They need to sell these in a larger size.

The flat ones felt better but the ones with the arch didn’t seem to help much when I put them in my heels. They are good in a pinch, and useful in ballerina flats to.

The arch support was so pronounced that it actually hurt my feet.

I just received these & slipped the arch support one into my ballet flats. Feels great. Sometimes arch support inserts feel like you’re walking with rocks in your shoe. These ones didn’t feel that way.

**HONEST REVIEW**These are sooo comfortable! I wear women’s 7 1/2-8 shoe and it sits right under toes to the end of heel. I don’t need the arch support ones , wish you could choose the two you want. Very easy to rinse off after use let air dry upside down so sticky side bounces back and then reapply covering.SN: the peel off is really powerful!!! If you use it on cheap shoes or old be CAREFUL lifting it off because it can and does pull the original sole up and off the shoe.
