Nice fidget if you want to focus
For fidgeting, it's good. I like to move the parts slowly one at a time. It's quite simple, so it's not too distracting. It's on the big side for a fidget so there's no subtlety, if you're using it people will usually know.It's not the best fidget, but it's not the worst: it's earnt a place in my selective group known as "The Pile".

Good idea...but not realistic!
Unfortunately this is rather hard to get to spin...and requires a lot of attention and focus to do so...i got it for my son who suffers with ADHD as he likes to 'fiddle' with things all the time...it's a very basic toy...but causes more anxiety when trying to spin rather than relaxing!
