What a life saver! I was searching for something to add a 3rd monitor but needed an HDMI input. Most products had a usb input and wouldn’t work. After several attempts with other products, I found this one and it works perfect. My IT dept said there was no way to add a 3rd monitor with my current configuration but happy to say I proved them wrong. No issues with clarity or lag time either. Highly recommend.

Works. I installed one cable to display port and the other to a USB (to power it) and connected the monitor cables while the computer was on and no signal to the monitors. You need to install with power off, then start the computer and it will work.

It worked great, but not what I was needing. Received quickly, very affordable, easy to install and great quality.

Den DP-Splitter wollte ich an meinem Linux-PC verwenden. Leider macht Linux manchmal Probleme, wenn man Treiber nachinstallieren will, aber ich hoffe, daß ich das noch lösen kann.

Tengo tres monitores (de resolución 2560x1440) conectados a mi PC y quería conectar otro más idéntico a los otros, pero la tarjeta de video solo tiene tres salidas (HDMI, DVI y DP), así que en lugar de comprar una tarjeta adicional opté por este duplicador para la salida DP y funciona perfecto, no noto diferencia en rendimiento ni nada, simplemente aparece un cuarto monitor en la configuración de pantalla de Windows y funcionan los cuatro de la misma manera que antes tres, es conectarlo todo y listo. Eso sí, el dispositivo requiere alimentación externa (con un cable MicroUSB incluido que he conectado a un alimentador de teléfono). Creo que es la solución más rápida y sencilla y sin necesidad de abrir el ordenador, además en mi caso utilizo una torre tradicional pero imagino que conectado a un portátil que tenga conector Display Port funcionará exactamente igual, y ahí es más complicado ampliar las salidas de video sin un dispositivo como éste. Altamente recomendado.

Ho preso questo splitter di porte HDMI con alimentazione per collegare due schermi al mio pc. Questo dispositivo è molto solito, resistente e permette con grande semplicità di collegare più monitor allo stesso pc. In pratica abbiamo un input e due output. Viene alimentato con un cavo usb presente nella scatola per essere super efficiente; riesce a trasmettere fino a 4K60Hz, assicurarsi che i monitor dual DisplayPort supportino DSC e 4K 60Hz e che la porta di uscita DP del computer sia DP 1.4. Inoltre non sono richiesti nessun tipo di drive, basta collegarlo e funziona immediatamente.

Works only for a time, the issue most likely comes from the battery that dies after 2-3 months, all the cables work fine beside the adapter not able to turn on anymore. It will begin by shutting down screens if the power cable is slightly moved (most likely stops powering for an instant) and then not working anymore at all.
