Very nice

I LOVE Vietnamese Food. Due to a medical condition, my options are getting more & more limited, though the only 2 restaurants I am aware of that I can eat at (with a little cheating) are both stir fry. I was hoping this Vietnamese Curry would imitate my favorite restaurant. It isn't bad, but it was more bland than I expected (though to a lessor degree my fav restaurant also is when they accommodate my medical issues). I used 2 heaping (& I do mean heaping) teaspoons along with Lemon, Minced Garlic & Fresh Onion in a pretty large (5 meals for 1 person?) Salmon & Vegetable stir fry with Fresh brown rice. I fried in Olive Oil (the only oil I'm supposed to eat) While I used 3 small Lemons as part of the flavor, I do plan to use more next time. For those who can tolerate it, Salt & moderate-hot red pepper would also help. I also plan to add Ginger next time. On the bright side, it is 100% salt free. For me personally, the only questionable ingredients are Chili Powder (I'm supposed to minimize hot red pepper) & the ubiquitous "flavor" whatever that is! To sum up, this really isn't bad; I wish it had a bit more flavor. 3 1/2 Stars.
