Should take a star off for not disclosing the cc Chanel and number pre sale but it sends over Chanel 1 cc 20 thru 24. Very light plastic case so it should be easy to mount. I know of no way to edit or I would have purchased several more. Found that attaching it to a it to a Velcro strap around my rt upper leg worked the best as I play sitting. It is easy to see and get at quickly. ForScore didn’t have the midi option for it to work as a page turner.

I just got this nifty little guy earlier this evening, and I'm impressed! It's a rechargeable Bluetooth 5.1 MIDI pedal with a few different modes. It's about 2 inches in diameter and an inch tall, and you can see how small it is compared to a standard USA 12oz drink can. I put a Sonicake pedalswitch cover on it, since I'll use it with and without footwear.I have wanted a simple portable Bluetooth MIDI sustain pedal for several years. WHY has this taken SO LONG? Now, the problem seems to be solved!The Bluetooth connection is effortless on my MacBook - use the Bluetooth button on the MIDI Studio window of the Audio MIDI Setup utility that you'd normally use (built into MacOS). Connect to SKY-MIDIER. Simple. Use on iPad is also simple in AUM for example, and you can add AUv3 plugins (i.e. MfeConvert) to re-map the MIDI CCs as needed.This unit has a few different modes, but for my use-case, I won't use Combo, Momentary, or Latch; I will use Up/Down. The manual is a very small pamphlet with fricking micro-type, LOL. FYI, the CC numbers are in HEX. I needed to re-map the default 0x20 to 0x40 (64 in decimal) for the CC corresponding to the hold (sustain) pedal on/off operation. You can do this in a DAW or many VST hosts without too much trouble. Once I set this up, it works perfectly for my dead-simple use case. YES!!!It comes in a nice little box with a USB charging/data cable (it can also operate and send MIDI over USB). It has a USB-C connection and does not take long at all to charge. I have yet to test battery life. For short practice sessions, this is PERFECT! Get a few if you want more control for a guitar setup or other utility functions (punch-in/out, etc). Yeah, there are more solutions out there, but for an Andrew Jackson, this is too good to pass up.Final note - for a future version (targeting keyboardists?), it would be AWESOME to have a silent / non-clicky switch button with a little less resistance. I will probably try to change out the switch for a quieter one. I bet someone could also 3D-print an angled pedal-like button cover piece to make this more like a pedal too. Or maybe just make a sustain (CC64 0x40) version. 😎

I just wanted a pedal to trigger effects in Reason (DAW)--namely, the "freeze" function in Sanford Reverb. My PC doesn't have Bluetooth, and I wasn't sure exactly what this product would do based on the description, but I took a chance and I'm really glad I did. I just plugged it in and it was instantly recognized as a MIDI instrument / control surface called "SKY_MIDIER". It has one tactile button (aside from the pedal/"switch" itself) to turn it on and change modes. In "Combo" mode, it uses CC 20; "Momentary" mode uses CC 24, "Latch" uses CC 25, and "Down/Up" uses CC 32. But it's not just using different CCs; it's also triggering differently depending which mode it's in. I haven't figured it all out, but "Latch" mode does what I want in Reason (DAW), which is to toggle a switch--press once to flip the switch/enable the effect, and press again to flip the switch again/disable the effect. It could also be used like a sustain pedal with Sanford Reverb's "freeze", in "Down/Up" mode--holding the pedal down would enable the effect and just letting go of the pedal would disable the effect. Very cool. Perfect for my use case! I highly recommend it. (I can't speak to the durability, as I just opened it and tried it out, aside from the fact that it feels like the kind of switch used in a guitar effect pedal, so I think it should hold up fine.)Edit after a week: I was annoyed because it kept turning itself off (automatically timing out); then I read the manual and figured out that you can disable the auto-off. I unplug it, then hold the switch while powering it on with the button. No more auto-shut-off! FIVE STARS

Got this thing for my DAW program with a Neural DSP plugin because I only needed a switch from one preset to the other. There is only ONE video on youtube with instructions of how to use it, and they don't even go into detail about setting up this MIDI on the computer.My Sky Midier works only to connect via Bluetooth, but that's it. The device will NOT be recognized when plugging it into a PC or finding it through the MIDI mapping. Would not recommend this unless you are looking for something simple. I will have to do a deep research to see if there's any way this will connect, but I kinda wish I had my money back on this.
