Very high quality, top of the line, multi-vitamin/mineral supplement....
Very high quality, top of the line, multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. It's the "form" of some of the vitamins and minerals that make this a high end top notch formula. Two things I look for immediately to determine if a multi is even worth looking further into, is the form of folate and the form of B-12. The "methyl" type, is the far superior form.... namely methylcobalamin, as opposed to the inferior, less absorb-able. "cyanocabalamin", and methylfolate vs regular folic acid... the methyl forms being more expensive raw materials, it shows that the maker has the priority of health over "price points".... if they're going to skimp on those two major improvements, then they're not for me. But what further makes this Cell Nutrients formula stand above the rest, is the form of many of the other nutrients as well... it's really a state of the art formula, with the particular form of copper used, the form boron used, etc. And the fact that the formula contains certain nutrients that many others don't have, like the copper for one... my Life Extension Multi didn't even have copper I was amazed to find out... I found that out right about the time I heard a prominent doctor relate gray hair, to copper deficiency.... I looked into it, and saw my multi had zero... which I'd heard if you eat a fair amount of "meat", copper deficiency should never be an issue, but I don't think that's fully the case... so anyhow, yes, Einstein, died of copper deficiency, or so the theory goes. Anyhow, this is a high quality formula.... and the "iodine" is "potassium iodide", that is a different form that is protective against radiation poisoning for one.... it's not the form you want for thyroid health, for example... so comments about this ingredient being somehow "dangerous", are ridiculous, in my opinion. And as far as the expiration date, this is not an issue, it's just the manufacturer adhering to FDA guidelines and likely state guidelines..... it's a fairly complicated subject, but suffice it to say that all supplements with the exception of some probiotics, as I understand it, have a shelf life of 2 years... the is a very safe assumption, and to state an expiration date further out than the "assumed" two years, requires expensive condition testing, where a lab has to accelerate ... well, no way am I going to try to explain that... it's over reach that prevents some companies in some states from using expiration dates.... at least the companies that follow the letter of the law, which this company seems to be doing just that... the "manufacturing date" is what's key. Now, having said all that, it's a big mistake to not show the full Supplement Facts panel in the description, that should get fixed right away... I'd normally not even look twice at any supplement that didn't show the full label... there's no excuse for that and it makes the product look very very suspicious.. And this multi formula is made in the USA by the way, which is a key factor always. And I'd swear this is a glass bottle... which is a big deal according to many experts... so yes, this formula is .... "the goods". Over and out.

Unique Product
Return Healthy Cell Nutrients lets the product stand for itself because it has not included any information. In receiving it I checked out the impressive list of vitamins, minerals and anti-inflammatory extracts that are so important for good health. There are 26 nutrients, including calcium, niacin, magnesium, selenium, copper, manganese, potassium, quercetin, alpha lipoic acid, Vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, folate, vitamin b-12, pantothenic acid, and a Green tea extract and iodine. I understand care needs to be given to iodine for those who have a thyroid disorder. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules twice a day. At that rate this bottle will only last for one month. The good news is this supplement is so chockfull of high levels of ingredients for my needs I only take one and I feel like it sufficient because I take many other supplements and I don’t want to overload a good thing. If you feel like you need a dense vitamin and mineral formula. It’s a healthy bonus that the supplement is packaged in a dark glass jar instead of plastic.

Nice Quality Cell Nutrients.
This is a good complex of vitamins and minerals specifically to help protect the cells and help them function better, they are easy to swallow even though the suggested dosage is four capsules, I do feel more energetic when I take them, there’s less inflammation and I seem to move and get more done, they don’t upset my stomach and there’s no aftertaste. Good Multi Supplement.

Many vitamins promised, some at very high levels
I have wanted to add a multi-vitamin to my regimen that focuses mostly on eye health. The ingredients in these vitamins sounded great to me, because I've read recently how important B vitamins are for older people and this supplement contains several such vitamins. I hadn't noticed that these also include very high levels of iodine and zinc. I know from my reading on the optician-approved and well-studied eye vitamins (originally offered as Preservision) that zinc can be very hard for some people to deal with. That makes me wonder why this brand added such high levels. I also am concerned about the high levels of iodine. These levels are achieved if you take the full suggested number of capsules in a day, which is 4, taken in servings of 2, twice a day (this is not obvious from the instructions on the bottle.) I have taken only one a day, in order to ensure I don't have a negative reaction to high levels stated for many of the ingredients. So far, I have had no negative effects, so think I will take one a day only, to add to my other regimen and a well-balanced diet, at least for awhile. I would not order these again, however. I could not find an expiration date, which is a concern. The manufacture date is subtly placed on the bottom on the brown bottle and not easy to read, but is 2023. Since supplements are not regulated by the FDA and these are not tested by an independent lab, I would use them with caution. With these precautions and concerns, they do not seem to be a good value.
