(6x2 switch) Mediocre device, that's prone to issues.
When it works, it's fantastic. Getting there is frustrating.Occasionally you need to power off the device (by touching the device, as the button on the remote for power doesn't accomplish the same effect) to get it to work fixes a few issues, but it's an every other day type thing. Audio is it's own headache. I had to swap my devices around in order to get the audio over HDMI to not skip on my output that feeds into my audio receiver. Was in the A output, and I moved it to b (so the device doesn't attempt to split the audio. Sometimes an output just dies to static (fixed with the device power toggle).

Issues with video sync and audio output caused return
I had progressively worse issues regarding the optical out, and also video syncing.Issues did not exist with a monoprice 4x2 that I was replacing for expansion.IOW, at times it would not output HDMI A audio, I had to have monitor B on the input I wished optical to output. Only occasionally at first, then pretty much only by the end. Very odd behavior for a switching device IMO.Another thing that started out happening once in a day or so becoming pretty much the rule of it, I had input 4 I wanted on A and input 3 I wanted on B. If I turned on 3 and B first, 4 and A would never sync. If I switched both inputs and let them sync on even opposite inputs, then came back, it would work.Had to return it

Good product
Good product. Works well. May not be optimal for commercial use, as both screens will black out when changing the input on one item.

Four Stars
Nice product in terms of inputs and outputs.

Does not support HDMI 2.0 (4K at 60hz)
This device does work great, however do note that it does not support HDMI 2.0 running 4K at 60hz. It will do 4K at 30hz max.

Keep looking... this is not the HDMI matrix switch you are looking for...
Unstable product. Frustrating because you want it to work but it is just poorly designed from the inside out.

Solidly made but with near incomprehensible instructions
The purpose of this HDMI Matrix switch was to be able to connect several UHD sources to our TV, which has only four inputs. It was also to enable a monitoring channel for HDMI recording. The product is not the issue directly; it seems solid, well-made and once I can fathom out how it works it might do what it claims to do, well. The problem is the instruction sheet.First off, the instructions are printed in a font, generously described as ‘miniscule’. A test pilot for NASA would have trouble reading them, but for an ordinary mortal to even be able to see them involved having to scan the entire instruction booklet. Once that had been done it transpires the instructions are at best woefully inadequate. To take examples:“Connect the OUT A (21) and OUT B (22) output sockets to your output device.”Using the word "Output” in different ways is extremely confusing. What I suspect was meant was“Connect the OUT A (21) and OUT B (22) output sockets to the input sockets on your devices: TV, Projector, Display”.The Remote control however, is where the biggest problems lie. Even when scanned, the pictures of the devices are simply black and utterly lacking in detail. When scanned using 16 bit grey scale, it becomes clear the images are extremely poor in quality. The section on how to use the remote control, entitled“c) Use”is unclear.“Set the desired HDMI input directly to Output A (35) and Output B (34) using the keypad 1-6.”omits to mention there are two sets of 1 - 6 keys on the remote. Which set should be used? The instructions don't say. And I would have thought that was vitally important information. It becomes more confusing. The instruction“With every time pressing the OUT A button (9) and OUT B button (10) on the device, you can switch to the next HDMI inputis a masterclass in the obscure.Because this section is not clearly headed and follows on from the section entitled “Remote Control” and because of the warning which states“Not all the functions can be executed by the device itself” it seems logical to assume the section is still talking about the remote control. Which, of course, it isn’t.I was, therefore, delighted when I saw the phrase“Download the latest operating instructions from here, with a URL supplied, Except that site doesn’t exist. There is a site - with a different URL - which seems to offer some downloads but good luck trying to find the relevant instructions. The site invites you to“enter keyword or item number”.And here the fun begins. There are various item numbers - on the box - and there’s one on the base of the unit. Of course, none of these is recognised by the site. The item name, however, might work. Well, it does - if you’re happy to trawl through around 80 different products, all labelled with remarkably similar names. In desperation I then input the name on the instruction sheet:"HDMI Matrix switch 6 x 2”and the site returned yet another lengthy list of products, many called “Lindy” but with none matching the exact description of the item as it’s called on the instruction sheet included. Why use one name (Lindy) on the website but nowhere on the box or the instructions? In short, one of the worst set of instructions I’ve ever seen, and I buy a lot of stuff from China; illogical, poorly referenced, incomplete (why the two sets of 1-6 buttons?) poorly laid out, badly thought through, incorrect labelling, incorrect website references, unbelievably poor search facility when you eventually find the web site and - in short - so bad it’s made the job of using this more of a project than a solution. It might well be a good quality product. But without even half-decent instructions it's hard to know.

6x2 HDMI Matrix Switch
Great product which is working perfectly so far. I only have 1080P devices so haven't had the opportunity to see how it handles 4K output, but this was bought to future proof, should I start upgrading my input devices. My only gripe is that when switching inputs, then both screens will blank momentarily (so if you're changing the input device for Output B, it also affects Output A thus blanking the screen for the person watching it) but I believe this is a common issue with these types of boxes, hence the 4 star rating. Otherwise, picture and sound quality is great.I know some HDMI matrices are not compatible with the BT Youview box, but this one is. The IR frequency of the Matrix remote does not interfere with the Youview box.Another plus point is the customer service from these guys. I had an issue with my box that they resolved swiftly.

Works fine - seems to be a great product
Tested with Nintendo Switch, blu-ray Player, and SKY Q, and all look great.Tested the optical TOSLINK and that works great.Only 4 stars because the remote control doesn't work. Maybe the supplied battery is dead? I don't know as I doubt I will use the remote anyway.

Teething problems but it works ok
Remote doesn't seem to work but not had a chance to get a replacement.Instruction manual so small as to be almost illegible. Sound works but doesn't seem to obey instructions!Actually works well despite thisEdit: good after sales service has rectified everything. Top stuff

Impressed.
All seems good. Awaiting second TV to see it works with 2 outputs, but on the one I’ve got connected it’s working great. Bit of blank screen between switches, but nothing Substantial (couple of seconds). Does the job
