"Small Date" is right! It’s about a 4 or 6 font size. Very tiny. So small, I can’t read it without glasses. But maybe that’s what you want. Here’s what you don’t want. This is one of those things that comes out a knock-off factory that looks like a thing but doesn’t work like the thing. The plastic part at the bottom looks like a guard, and it is. But if you’ve used one of these before, you know pressing down on the handle causes the guard to retract and exposes the inking blocks. It doesn’t do that. You have to manually pull it back and then stamp the date, then manually pull it out again. Even worse, you can’t set the date with the date exposed. If you’ve used one of these before, you know that the guard swings out of the way to let you set the date. This doesn’t do that. You have to retract the ink blocks back into the body and set the date. The problem is you can’t see the date you’re setting with it retracted, so it’s a lot of fiddling. It’s just bad.

I wanted a date stamp to use on incoming mail and other paperwork that I needed to keep track of the date I received it. However, even though the stamper takes up a lot of space, the actual date stamp is way too small. It's tiny!!! There were no instructions. This comes in a plastic storage case that was scratched up. There is some kind of stamp pad inside the case, but there is no ink on it. I have no idea what I am supposed to do with it. It does go all the way to the year 2027. However, to change the date you have to use these metal dials and the edges are way too sharp and hurt my fingers to turn them. Even if I could stamp the papers, it will not be noticeable because the date will be so small! I would pass on this one!

I was very excited to get this date stamp so I could stamp paperwork as it comes if. However, the date prints waaay too small. It really isn't readable or noticeable. If they could make the same stamp at 3x the size it would be perfect.

The number too small

This stamp is garbage!!! The date wheel does not even have all the numbers 1-31! There is no way to know what number you are moving the dial to unless you stamp it each time. It is then that I found duplicate numbers.
