Small tin goes a long way.
Not sure if the contents actually helped with the symptoms. However massaging it in left a warming cared for feeling and the smell was pleasant. I would be happy to get some more when this one runs out.

Present for mum
Bought this for my mum who suffers with her feet and stands all day long at work. She felt ease with this. Obviously with this condition its best to rest. So this is gonna give some comfort but more for in the evening when your resting.

Foot relief cream
This product was totally ineffective (on me) and was a total waste of money but to be fair it may work on others

I couldn't tell the difference....
I tried this for my painful plantar fasciitis. I used it for 4 weeks twice a day. Did it relieve my pain? Not really. I think only your body, time and all the stretching exercises are going to do that for this kind of foot pain. Also wearing heel inserts in all your shoes including slippers. I wanted it to work but in all honesty it didn't take the pain away. On a positive note it makes a nice massage ointment for the foot.

It’s quite a small pot so not much cream.
It’s very small so don’t know if it will last long enough to see any improvement.

Worth giving a go!
I agreed to review this balm as last year my wife and I reviewed 3 other balms made by this British brand (all of which worked amazingly well.I do have extremely flat feet and suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and use cold treatment and Lacrosse balls to try and relieve the cramp, so I figured I was in a no-lose situation in trying this balm.I am obliged to publish a review within a month, so it is hard to reach a decisive conclusion at this stage. I have had 3 episodes and having applied the balm it did ease off, yes it could be a coincidence at this point. The balm is similar to petroleum jelly but slightly thicker and grainier and a little goes a long way.I do have enough faith in this brand to suggest you try this treatment as it is made from natural ingredients and is relatively inexpensive given that a small tin will last a long time.

It smells quite nice
I wish I could write something good about this ointment, but I’m afraid I can’t. It smells nice but it doesn’t work. Please don’t waste your money.
