This zinc is really good. Its a great amount, not too much like other supplements and I can tell you it is 100% effective for vascularity, testosterone, and libido. I used to have cold hands but now I see much more vein growth when combined with exercise and my hands are now larger and warmer. This also boosts libido and erectile strength.
