I bought this as a late birthday present for my 2 1/2 year old. He loves it! He initially got a bit frustrated that he couldn’t put the tracks together by himself but after going through it a few times he can build a decent little track on his own (in case you’re skeptical about buying for those under 3).Definitely a great set. It comes with props, four trains, a car, and a cute little bridge. There’s also a guide included for setting up the train tracks (though you can definitely just freestyle it). Very happy that my kiddos happy.

Is this the best ever train set? No. But I gave it 5 stars because I needed an affordable set for a 3 and 5 year old to play with, and this is exactly what I was looking for. They broke one side of the bridge pretty quickly but it's easily hot glued back together. Otherwise this set is perfect for little kids who just want something to push their trains around on. So if that's what you need, give this set a try!

A great train set for the money! Arrived a day before expected!! Our 18 month old grandson played with it for over an hour STRAIGHT!! (he has a Brio set at his house, so we got this one for our house!) He was so excited! Wood pieces were smooth; no splinters. Colorful and cute "town" parts: policeman, lady, trees, etc. Downside for me was that the bridge would not stay standing on our plush carpet. The bridge needs to have a broader base so that it won't wobble and fall down. Overall, we were pleased with the quality and would order again for the price. We have ordered a tunnel from another vendor and will probably replace the bridge eventually.

Value for money, comes with a good bridge and few vehicles and loose figurines. Hours of entertainment with an orbirium expansion set. It also comes with little symbols and little wooden cars. My son liked it. What is lacking is a storage kit for all of these sets. Would have liked if some of these boxes are designed for long term storage.

I purchased this for my almost 2 1/2-year-old grandson who is currently loving trains. A bit old for him, but it is at my house and he has my 100% attention when he gets frustrated and with a little distraction and encouragement we are both enjoying it. Did lots of research and purchased this on a flash sale at an excellent price. I did not want to spend a lot of money for a part-time toy. The only issue I found was that the ascending track attaching to the bridge was a bit low and I needed to improvise a bit to raise it up so there was no hindrance to the train moving over it smoothly. Not a dealbreaker though for the quality and amount of pieces included. I have customize the track layout appropriate for his age and skills and we have not even used all the pieces included yet. I feel that this purchase was an excellent investment.

This is super well built. I bought for my nephew and he loved it. Every piece is built well and goes together perfect. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this for my 3 yr old grandson who loves playing with his trains. I chose this because it was advertised as compatible with Thomas and other brands and it does indeed work with the train parts my grandson already had. He enjoys this addition to his train yard very much. He can put the parts together himself and so far it seems to be quite sturdy in a youngster’s hands.

This does connect to our wooden tracks we already have , and it's perfect for a toddler who loves trains .
