I was excited to get this coat rack/shelf and the it arrive broken. Shelf was half way detached, a piece was chipped off and a nail sticking out. It looked like it was return and not checked and sold again. Very disappointed. I really wanted a black rack/shelf. I sent back and ordered a white one (for a better price) from a different company that I will paint. The white rack/shelf arrived perfect.

I ordered this shelf because I liked the way it looked in the picture. When I received it there is a sticker on the box that says: “Thank to you, this produce has a second life. We appreciate it. Amazon warehouse, amazon renewed, and fulfilled by amazon.” I open the package and there is a large ding on the front side of the shelf that looks like it has been fixed, and then I turn the shelf over and the whole top side of the shelf has a huge crack on the back side. Very disappointed!

I bought this so we could hang jackets up in our laundry room. It arrived broke in two pieces. We are trying to fix it on our own. My husband is pretty handy and thinks he can put it back together. Things shouldn't arrive broke but, hopefully we can put it back together.

These seem like pretty good quality solid wood products. I feared the install because so many people commented how hard it was, but it was easy. Measure, drill holes, make sure they are level, install your anchors and screws, and then hang the shelf by fitting its built-in brackets over the screws. Took about 10 minutes. Hardest part is lining up the screw with the bracket. Scuffed up the wall a bit trying to “find” the screw. Good product.

EXACTLY what I needed and a good value. Mittens and earmuffs sit on shelf...hold many coats. Attractive, good value for the money.

This is in my mud/laundry room. Some of the hooks seem week to even hang kids snowpants. Gave the look I wanted! Edited to add that it has not held up and must be replaced already.

NOT easy to use. The plastic holders are cheap and snapped easily. The wood itself seems sturdy. And when mounting to the wall, we couldn't get it to align properly. So we put 3m double sided wall adhesive to keep it to the wall and screwed two screws into the wall below it. It also isn't flush against the wall. If anyone has any better ideas, lemme know.

I thought it was easy to attach to the wall and looks great.

This shelf was exactly what I was looking for. The depth worked perfectly for the wall where I needed it. So glad I purchased it!
