With a lot of kitchen gadgets by the time you have messed about using it, you could have done it quicker by hand and not needed to wash it up afterward. While it may struggle a bit with hard vegetables like carrots or swede it cuts things like onions, peppers, and mushrooms easily and very quickly which does save on food preparation time. It is fine in the dishwasher although the sharp blades may need occasional cleaning with a small round brush. I found it very useful for preparing a lot of shallots for the freezer.

Easy to use but you need to watch your fingers when washing as it's very sharp.

I cook a lot of meals with fresh vegetables, this product speeds up preparation time tremendously 😀 the best kitchen appliance I have invested in for a long time, so easy to clean and sturdy enough to chop all root vegetables- carrots, swede, etc effortlessly. 👍

I absolutely love this. My older daughter also loves it and helps with chopping all the veg. It easy to use and cuts straight through all the veg. Careful with the blades especially when washing it, as they are really sharp. You get 3 different blades to chop your food into different sizes. It also comes with a plastic claw to clean the top part of the lid as the food can get stuck in the grooves.

I purchased this principally for chopping onions as I suffer from very teary and stingy eyes when I chop them with a knife. It has certainly made preparing my curry and pasta sauce dishes much easier! It is very simple to use and appears to be quite strong. I would have preferred a cutting blade with smaller holes to cut onions a bit finer. The other slight negative is that the upper part is not a particularly tight fit to the 'collection box'. However, it does the job and I'm very pleased with it overall.

Love everything about this little, extremely useful little gadget - except that I keep forgetting the ‘sharp blade warning. Even with that, the cuts are minor and would never part with my wee chopper. The smaller square blades even make lovely chips.

Its handy for chopping stuff up quickly and all the same size, but anything hard like carrots have to be cut in half as it won't work if you leave them round, and they get stuck in the blades. You have to cut veg first before putting in the block, and you have to slam the top down fast and hard to get a fresh clean cut. So it is very noisy and my family always walk into the kitchen as wonder what on earth I'm doing.I have used it for carrots, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, courgettes and it is helpful I'm hoping it lasts as a bit worried the plastic will shatter at some point due to the force needed to create the chop but its a good little gadget.

well made item, works well easy to clean, I have cons but plenty positives, ease of use, makes my soup making really easy, very happy and I can highly recommend this chopper

Fait très bien le job mais un gros défaut. Le couvercle ne s'enclanche pas sur le bac de récupération et affirme, du coup, une instabilité lors du relevage du poussoir.
