Disappointing product
The model you provided is from 2019 and is almost five years old. If I go to the market, we will definitely find the same specifications for 400 Dhirham without any damage, but the product you provided is covered in dust, has some extra noise, scratches, and a mouse touch pad and fan that aren't working. Please at least check the product's performance before sending it to us.

Decent value for money
Its very clean. Works smooth. However, in the starting the speaker wasnt working. Plus i cant scroll using two fingers on the trackpad.

Missing parts and slight damage
Because there is to many problem about the device.. the keyboard is not complete 1 is missing and the screw is not complete to the lcd have problem also why like that and after an hour the device is lowbat

Laptop was slightly dirty when shipped.
Overall laptop was good but it was not cleaned properly before shipping. Supplier could have done a better job at cleaning it before shipping.
