I am a skeptic when it comes to herbal remedies. I always research anything I put into my body thoroughly and if it won't stand up to scientific investigation I won't try it. I would definitely recommend anyone trying this if you are having problems with a lingering cough and mucus filled lungs.

Didn't help me at all

I have had an odd cough for YEARS that I can't seem to be able to treat. I have tried allergy and asthma treatment. I do have allergies so we think maybe it is caused by a chronic nasal drip so I treated that and that didn't help. It is so great to FINALLY have something that seems to help. It is not 100% but it does reduce my cough from 5 coughs every minute to one or two coughs every hour. HUGE difference!My cough was just getting embarrassing. I was so tired of having to explain to people that I am not sick and that is something I have had forever. This has also helped me sleep better. On top of that, it seems to INSTANTLY help which is great because I don't have to take it for weeks before I see results. I also have a hard time digesting pills and fortunately this pill digests just fine.
