unless it is smaller than the smallest aspirin. All the pills do is pop around inside and nothing get crushed up at all...has to split my pill into quarter which defeats the whole reason for buying it... not even worth a single star review save your money and buy a hammer instead... doesnt even grind coffee beans either...even they are too big for it to do anything truly disappointed

Will not handle large pills. The grinder inside us very small and large pills don't fit in.

Works very well. I have found that some large pills need to be cut into smaller pieces. Other than that I recommend this product. Been using it for a month now as my jaws are wired due to jaw fracture.
