BLACK+DECKERGutter Clean Attachment For Blower, Quick Connect (BZOBL50)

This is easy to assemble and store away when not in use.I was able to clean 1 story gutters with wet leaves easily.I used an ego power+ lb7654. I used turbo mode and adapter stayed secure.Adapter only came off when I pulled it off accidentally. I had blower on ground with speed lock on, so I was able to hold the pipe securely.I was able to get the leaves out better when I twisted the pipe a quarter turn, quickly. Similarly to sweeping leaves on the lawn.

I like the extended reach. I had to attach bungee chord to keep unit attached to blower ( as others had commented). I have 2 blowers, so I don't have to remove in order to use the standard way. I wish the end of the attachment curved end (goes into the gutter) was adjustable- to blow air sideways and not straight down. But attachment works great for removing leaves and debris!!

I got very dirty using this, and the part that attaches to my blower pops off, but it is quite possibly user error. I was not prepared for how well and how far everything in my gutters flew out... landing all over me. I will know better next time to wear a hat lol. It's already saved me from having to pay for someone to clean my gutters... would buy again.

I used this with a black and decker hand held (not backpack) blower.Here are a few items to note from my first usage:- Holding the blower and the attachment doesn't really work that well. There is enough air pressure that I really needed two hands on the tubing to direct the air flow. With a handheld blower I had to lay the blower on the ground and make sure the intake wasn't blocked. This would be better with a backpack style blower.- The sections screw together. This includes the top u shaped tube and it is easy to bump and unscrew slightly so that you don't have good directional control. A twist and lock mechanism on this final section would have been beneficial.- The attachment to the blower came off multiple times when I was using it.- The pipe seems a touch flimsy. The tube would bend slightly when in use from the pressure of the air. I have gutters that are taller but I am really not sure adding another few sections would work. It might be too much for the tubes.I wish I had only paid $30 for this. Or less. While it does work somewhat ok, in my mind it wasn't worth the money I spent.

For me the attachment easy to use. I had to lay the blower on the ground. I could not hold the blower and the attachment at the same time but on the ground I could manage the attachment.I read the reviews. I crossed my fingers and bought the product knowing that many customers had issues with the attachment coming off the blower. Well that's just what happened for me. In a period of approximately 10 minutes the attachment came off twice. Because it doesn't go on so easily because you have to get it as tight as you can it wasn't even worth messing around with. I saw other customers had to rig something but that's not why I bought the product. I'm looking to buy a product that I don't have to make it work. If I'm spending the money it should work. In the directions it read that I may have to use something to secure the attachment to the blower. That tells me that Black & Decker knows that this is an issue and with all the reviews they're doing nothing about it. Black & Decker needs to hire adequate engineers. This is a blower not a rocket. This item is going back. Not worth the hassle to even take out of the garage so even at $50 I'm not going to use this product. It's simply doesn't work.

I already own aBLACK+DECKER 40V Cordless Leaf Blower Kit, 120 mph Air Speed, (LSWV36)I just received the gutter attachment today, it easily attached to my blower. I did my gutters sometimes I would put the blower between my legs to stabilize it. Sometimes I sat it on the ground it work like a dream. Not sure who else is complaining but this worked great for me. I will admit the part that attached to the blower came off after about 10 minutes of use but then I put it back on and I tightened it tighter, and it didn’t come off again.Also others complained it kept bending, be sure to read instructions, the flexible bending part is the first to attach to the blower not at top. I live in an HOA community that sometimes they clean sometimes they don’t so I just do it so I can keep my leaves cleaned all year long ironically after doing this, they came and clean my gutters two days later and I’m happy to report my gutters only had about 12 leaves that I missed so this thing works really good now I can do my gutters anytime I want and it took me no time at all.I LOVE THISI would recommend this it’s better than climbing on a ladder didn’t take me long to blow the stuff out of my gutters

It is definitely not worth the extra money paying for the blackened decker brand. I thought by purchasing the Black and Decker brand it would have some special attachment for my blower because it is blackened decker. It's a simply made from plastic and it is a chincy winch style attachment. Was a powerful blower you must use 2 hands holding on to this tube therefore you have to have a strap to attach to the blower itself so you can have 2 hands to hold on to this blower tube, to keep from blowing off. Unless you are Captain America and can hold yourself from being blown away, You must use a strap and use both hands. So without being said I do not recommend purchasing this for the extra money thinking you're getting a better brand. Also now the pieces fit together I'm still unsure as to where some of the pieces go like the big flexible trunk because if you hook that on the end it just doesn't all fit together I'm quite confused and I actually think I still have a couple days to return this which will probably be happening because it is definitely not worth it

Works great

I am happy with this purchase but it is expensive and has a few flaws. The manufacturer doesn't give enough tubing to reach a second story gutter. The ratchet adapter to go over your leaf blower comes off quite easily. If you have small hands, good luck hanging on to the tube when it is on and fully extended, could really use an adjustable handle on the tube. Thing is this item has saved me a lot of grief with moving ladders around and constantly going up and down or walking on the roof.

Easy to operate!

Uses a "rachet" style strap tighten to blower. It slides off the blower. The curved "J" tube makes to have to stand too close to gutter. You end up with the debris blown all over yourself.

Almost useless... too heavy if it is all connected
