So I spent soooo much time going through the review to try and pick the right sizing. I love the suit but I had to refund and get a smaller size. Everyone says it runs small and it really just depends on I bought the XL. IM 170 lbs and 5’3 with my extra weight being in my stomach, thoughts and arms. The top fit a little loose but that was okay but I had room to go down. Now I don’t have a big butt to take up all that pants space but even then, I could fold each pant leg in half they were sooo big. I wear a size 6 or 8 depending on the clothes for reference. They should let you pick different bottom and top sizes because I would prob go even smaller for the pants. I re purchased the large and we will see.

I'm 6 feet tall and 180 lbs., so finding clothing that fit is tricky. I ordered a 2x (usually wear large, sometimes XL). The top fit perfectly, the bottoms were good with the length (could be longer), but the waist is huge. Luckily, there is a draw string, so I can get a better fit. I wanted something that I could workout in and sweat, so that I can detox constantly. It works great and looks sharp! The material does stick to you as you sweat, but that's to be expected. I only wish it was made in the USA!

I started sweating as soon as I put this thing on… after my peloton workout.. I literally had to shake the sweat off in the tub… I’d say… DO IT!!!

Works like it’s supposed to . Makes me sweat, I did have to get the biggest size there was which was a 5X, it does run small and there is no stretch. for reference. I am about 5 foot and 265 pounds.

Shirt is too small measurements ARE NOT accurate. I am typically a 2x i got a 4x just to have extra room and it was so tight!

I usually wear a large, but after reading the reviews, I went up two sizes and I’m glad I did it fits perfect I’m 5’5 179lb. I feel like the quality is pretty good as long as you hand wash it, it should last a good while. Went on a small jog today with it on and I definitely built up a sweat.

The suit was great! It did what it was supposed to do and would’ve been great had it not run so small! Usually Im a XL but ordered a 2XL to be sure. The pants barely went on. They should’ve been marked large and the top I didn’t even attempt the shirt. So buy up 2 sizes
