I was very shocked when these actually worked! I’ve had trouble sleeping and waking up through the nights for a long time. Takes me so long at night to be able to fall asleep, tossing and turning. I’ve bought other sleeping tabs before that haven’t worked. After reading reviews on these i thought I’d give them a go, I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now and every single day of taking them (about half hour before bed) I’ve fallen asleep so quick, not waken up half as much in the night and 90% of the time been able to sleep through the night. These really have worked for me! Amazed.

I have suffered so long with not being able to get off to sleep, my doctor was very reluctant to give me any type of aid because of addiction, so I have become an insomniac, my brain wouldn't switch off! I haven't experienced any dodgy side effects. I do dream, but they don't bother me, they're quite nice dreams really. As a shift worker of nearly 20 years, I have always struggled getting up for morning shifts mainly due to being a night owl with insomnia. So decided to finally give in and try sleeping aids, have tried these for my 2 morning shifts this week and for the first time in years, I managed to doze off before midnight both nights that I took them. 1 tablet an hour before bed both nights and I slept like a normal person and woke up feeling good and more energetic than usual. Will make sure I stay stocked up on these long term as they are honestly life-changing for myself!

I have a long term neurological condition (Primary Lateral Schlerosis), and taking one of these tablets paralysed me for over 12 hours.I, literally, could not lift up my torso with my arms and legs. It happened very quickly, and I spent the night lying in my hallway until someone came the next morning.This product should have a warning on it.I have been given a full refund by the seller, but that is the least they should be doing.I have tried many 'over the counter' sleep aids over the years, and this is the first time that anything remotely like this has happened.I can normally walk around unaided indoors, and use a stick if walking outside.

Completd game changer for me. I drift off to sleep so much quicker and no side effects. They are a bit pricey but they do work.

Again, I have nothing to gain for writing this review so here it goes. I've struggled for at least 10 years with my sleep even when I'm so tired. I'm on endless amounts of medication and was given some sleeping tablets from the GP. Even they didn't work. A colleague recommended these tablets a week ago and I have not slept better in years! 100% recommended and literally take 1 x tablet 30 mins before bed and you are asleep. You cannot even fight it if you wanted too! I will be a repeat customer! Thanks

Yes they work 100% for me.I’ve tried loads of off the shelf sleep aids and this is great.Seems expensive but if you’re only sleeping 3 hours a night then you will pay anything to have a proper sleep.

These are amazing - they really work and I have no side effects. In addition to having problems falling asleep I also used to wake up nearly every hour- menopause doing its thing, skin crawling and inability to fall asleep, I can knock about my apartment until 5 am perfectly awake. This led to burnout. Now I drift off easily by the time I have done my shower and brushed my teeth. Fast delivery. This was a life saver for me. Highly recommended.
