This steamer is really great! It heats up very quickly and is very easy to use. The different settings make it very convenient for various fabrics, and it works perfectly for both steaming and ironing. It’s compact and perfect for travel, but still powerful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Pros: - Great steam output even on the low setting. Did a really nice job getting the wrinkles out quickly. - Solid construction. This definitely does not feel like some of the other cheap steamers I've used. - Compact and fits nicely into my suitcase. Cons: - The most of the weight is distributed towards the head of the steamer, making it top-heavy. It's fine when I'm only steaming a couple of items, but I had several shirts and pants that I wanted to steam and had to give my arm a quick break before I could finish it all. - The water tank is a little challenging to open until you get the hang of it.

Ive owned this for 2 months and taken it on a couple trips now, and I have to say I’m super impressed with it! It heats up quickly, and the reservoir is big enough to do a couple wrinkles blouses or pants before needing to refill. I love the dry iron feature as well. It does not sputter or spit out any water, and I honestly like it better than my full-size Rowenta that cost 5 times more. It comes with convenient travel accessories as well. I’ve since purchased a couple more to give as gifts, I love this so much! I tried to record a video but it was hard to steam with one hand, so I posted an after photo. Took less than a minute!

This is an excellent steamer. I took it on vacation and it worked perfectly for all types of material. It heats up fast and it is very easy to use and to pack.

I work remotely on an island and wash my uniform in a washer/dryer so it is always very wrinkled, no matter what. I purchased this and it is amazing! It heats up quickly, works very well, getting the wrinkles out in less than 3 minutes and I can steam about 3 very wrinkled shirts with one refill of water. I highly recommend this. For travel it would take up some space, but I can't really imagine that it could work as well if it was smaller, so well worth the space. In saying that, it is not very big, just not tiny. It is super simple to use. You literally switch it on and after a few seconds, when it is warmed up, you select the mode (some steam, more steam or dry) and use it. I hang my shirts on a hanger and steam it upright, but it can definitely be used on a flat surface as well as like an iron. Cord is quite long, about 2 meters.

Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!
