These containers are great! They make it very easy to meal prep and divide portions. They are helpful in storing things, allowing you to switch to smaller containers as needed. The quality is great and the lids fit well. I have washed them in the dishwasher and the containers and lids still work together. They are great for bringing people food without having to worry about leaking or about getting them back.

These containers a great for sharing food. I make soups for my church & these are economical, good quality & can be reused. The lids fit good for no leaks.

I've had all kinds of plastic storage wear, but I reach for the containers we get from our takeout orders and the deli more than any other container I own, so after I ended up with more containers than lids (they do crack after a lot of use), I decided to just buy a set like those favored containers and get rid of most of the old ones of various makes and models that were clogging up the cabinet. These containers are just what I was looking for. They stack nicely, I know the lids are going to fit, I have enough to tuck away as spares for when they start to break down, and they aren't terribly expensive. They aren't quite as heavy as the ones I'm discarding, so I don't expect them to hold up as long, but with so many more than I actually need, it'll be a while before I need to order more.

I bought these because I was tired of using odd-sized plastic containers for storing food in the refrigerator and cupboards. The beauty of these "deli" containers is that they all use the same size lids regardless of their storage size, so you don't have ten million different sized lids rolling around in the cabinets. I especially like the fact that they are BPA free, so they won't leach out any harmful chemicals in the food. Bearing that in mind, I will not use them while heating food in the microwave, nor will I use the dishwasher to clean them. Yes, they are a durable plastic, but even the best of plastics can warp with extreme heat of a microwave or dishwasher cycle. I expect that they will give me quite a few years of good service. They are great for storing not only refrigerated items, but they are helpful in the pantry for dry goods. I also use painter's tape and a sharpie to mark and date the contents of every container. All in all, they are a great value for the money and the set has enough variety of sizes to accommodate lots of different storage needs.

Needed some affordable, easy to store , sturdy and reusable containers for food portions for freezer and refrigerator meals. I read a lot of reviews from several different similar containers. I chose these, and I am glad I did. These have been great so far. Sturdy: yes. The plastic is not brittle. It seems to have just about the perfect amount of flex . Reusable, so far so good. Easy to store: Since they all fit inside of each other and 1 lid fits all sizes- yes! Favorite features: 1 lid fits all , stackable for storage. Surprised: They do well in dishwasher. Normally I don’t put this kind of plastic in the dishwasher, because you have dry it and doesn’t always come clean. I was desperate one day to get the kitchen cleaned , so I put 3 8 oz containers and their lids in the dishwasher. One lid had food stuck in the seal groove. I never use my heat dry cycle. When the dishwasher was finished, the containers were clean , the food was gone from the groove. Since then I put several in the dishwasher. I do not put plastic in the microwave, so I can’t rate that. They are leak proof as long as you seal them completely and don’t over fill them. Two cons: 1. The 8 oz. container does not actually hold 8 oz. of liquid . Even if a fill it to the 8 oz line, a small amount of liquid oozes out the lid. But even with the “ooze”, it didn’t leak once it was sealed completely. 2. The lids, especially at first , take quite a bit of strength to open. A child or someone with arthritis might have trouble opening them.

Have survived numerous freezing, thawing and dish washings. A few have shrunk a small amount , but the lids still fit and all of them still hold water.
