I tried this product after being recommended by a friend of mine and so far, it’s making a big difference! My gym sessions have become more intense while my stamina and endurance has increased! Review from my husband:These are supposed to help you lose weight or control your appetite and enhance your performance whilst working out or aid your workout, which I think is a pretty good supplement if it works. I've only just started to use these as I want to be able to control my eating habits, maintain a healthier physique and just look better overall, so I'm hoping this is the supplement for me. There is no bitter taste or dodgy aftertaste as some of these things have, so we're all good there and for, well my initial observation, is that they do suppress the appetite somewhat so that’s a plus but I'll keep plugging away with these, and as I like going for long walks, I hope in collaboration with this supplement, some gains will be made.The ingredients all seem nice and natural and no noticeable side effects. Good price and well packaged. 4/5
