Excellent bit of kit, nice bright colour and lovely softy exterior. Decent-sized item, with pleasing finger holes. Fair degree of squeezability, perfect for broken wrist recovery.

My son uses this as a form as his therapy. He uses this in his right hand which is effected by his cerebral palsy. Occupational therapist loves the fact we uses it. Gets him opening his hand up and putting his fingers through the loops. This enables him to use muscles that are often tight. He is able to squeeze, so he doesn’t feel he’s unable to do the task. Great colours and the fabric is so soft. I love this little product and so does my son.

I’ve read some reviews saying too soft, not a challenge. If you are going to the gym this is not a fitness tool for you. If you are recovering from a serious injury and/or elderly with arthritis it absolutely is (and the fitness type squeezy trainers would be far too hard and useless). I got this for my elderly mother and it’s perfect.

Healthman Hand Grip Exerciser Strengthener, Finger Exerciser Ball and Hand Exercisers for Strength,Therapy Ball for Hand Cramps and Recovery I have been looking for something soft and comfortable to use during the night to stop me clenching my fist. I was going to try and sew my own grip but this is a lot less effort and looks like it should do the job. I have fairly small hands so this is quite large for me to use. It is made with a very soft centre so I'm not sure how well it would strength the hand, but for relief from holding a mouse all day at work, to stop the curling of the hands from arthritis or just from natural unconscious hand clenching then this is ideal. Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but a lovely texture and such soft material.

Following hand surgery, this product has significantly progressed physio. It's soft structure supports the palm and protects it when curling the fingers to a fist.

Perfect density for rehabilitation and strengthening, and has a very nice velvety outer finish, feel like doing it often... it's de-stressing as well.
