These people go out of there way to make the customer happy. They stand behind their product. I had a Fuji battery charger and had ordered a back up just in case...mine is getting older. When I recvd. the charger I did not understand why there were three connections on my Fuji charger, but only two on this one he quickly explained that the 2 contacts on the charger (-) and (+) are to align w/and charge the battery. The third contact on your battery is used for you camera when it is inserted into the camera. What I did notice and questioned as well is that to charge the batter that you have to tilt the charger up a little when plugged in or the battery will tend to fall forward and out (gravity); however, it does charge your battery. It is affordable and great customer service.

I was on a trip and my FinePix Real 3D W3 battery died. I discovered it will not charge via USB so I ordered this charger sent to my final destination and it arrived before I did and did the job so I was able to get more pictures.

I was very pleased with this product. It has red and green indicator lights to tell when your battery is charged. It also has a car charger feature which was not an option with the orginal factory prodcut this replaced (lost travelling).After a few weeks I had some concerns I shared with the vendor about the performance of the unit. The vendor contacted me the next day and resolved the matter to my full satisfaction. That was excellent customer service!

I really would have preferred the Fuji model of charger, but it was hard to find. This item will work, and it seems to do the job.It only has two charging pins which worried me at first because I thought it might overcharge the battery, however the light changes from green to red once charging is complete, so I think its OK.The charger came with a car adapter which is nice. Overall, I would recommend.

A very quick charge and a ligth and compact size made this artefact a great gadget for long car trips!! Is suitable with many Fuji battery models AND ITS PERFECT!! for the Fujifilm 10x series! I'm very glad with it!

Works well enough, the only problem is that there's no indication whether or not you've put the battery in the correct way, I've put in the battery the wrong way and found out that it wasn't charged the day after.

I ordered this to charge my fuji np-50 battery. I plugged it in and put in my battery, checked it later and the light was green. Popped battery in my camera and camera flashed low battery symbol and shut off. So I tried to charge my used once back-up battery, and not only did it not charge, I heard a popping noise then smelled an odd electrical smell coming from the charger! Piece of junk, I am upset I wasted my time on this. I am in the process of trying to return it, and will be searching for a different charger.

The fold away plugs on the back is very convenient and the auto cable is very easily attached. Takes awhile to fully charge to
