Glad that I was able to find this product and order it. Wanted to do a crawfish boil here in FL after moving here a couple of yrs ago after spending 20 yrs in Louisiana. Can't do a real boil w/o this stuff!

You need wayyyy more than the suggested amount if you have any kind of taste buds, but we love this flavor!

Just made some boiled shrimp and a green salad for dinner. I just did enough shrimp for 2, so it was a saucepan of water to a couple of glugs of shrimp boil liquid concentrate. Not very scientific, I know... I put the shrimp in when the water was boiling and basically turned off the heat and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Shrimp was tender and sweet. It couldn't have been more easy, especially on a 90+ degree day. Next time, I'll try some corn cobs in there too. This has a quirky smell to it, almost smells like ginger, but it does complement the shrimp well, without being overpowering. I couldn't see anywhere on the label if it should be refrigerated after opening, so I'm keeping it in the fridge just in case. Unless you're doing a massive seafood feed or running a restaurant, this will last a LONG time.

I love to cook, and my favorite is Cajun creole flavors. This is spot on for a broil. Great flavor.

We do several seafood boils every fall and winter. This is a huge bottle and for our family this will allow us to make at least 2-3 seafood boils. It adds a nice flavor to your seafood and vegetables. I also love that it doesn't add a lot of saltiness to your cook which is an added bonus!

this smelled and tasted just like clove extract... we through the hole gallon away.

I tried this for a seafood boil with corn and potatoes, just adding this concentrate to the boil, and it went perfectly. Way cheaper to do at home and now I have the secret sauce. This is also great for making dirty rice/jambalaya or anything with a cajun flavoring. There's enough for several boils in the gallon jug, and enough to send some home with friends after they ask how you made such a great meal. I would strongly recommend this!
