I’ve had feet pain for years. Was healing pretty well after a foot surgery and I started walking barefoot too much and my plantar fasciitis, especially my non- surgery foot, flared up so bad!! It’s been 2 months of hobbling around. Burning heel pain that usually is so bad by the end of the day, I just can’t function. I have a fairly active job, so usually I come home with about 8,000 steps and honestly can barely move at that point. Fast forward to today. My Powersteps with the heel cups from my podiatrist were falling apart (and still constant foot pain, even with those adaptations). Today was moving day and I was dreading it because I knew my feet would give out half way through the work being done. I had ordered these inserts and they arrived in time to try them for moving day. Now here we are, 10 hours and16,000 steps later and my feet didn’t give up!! They are sore and tired but not dead. I was so pleasantly surprised as I just kept moving throughout the day, that my heel pain was pretty much gone and I was still able to walk fairly normally - not wincing and limping in major pain at each step. So for day one I’m in love! I never write reviews so you know this made a big impact! I’m hoping they’ll hold up and continue to help my feet!

Feel nice and definitely helped with my heel discomfort. Only problem is the support is not symmetrical. The left one feels much better than the right.

3rd time I buy these amazingly comfortable insoles. Replaced the insoles on my Jordan’s & timberland boots, and it made me realize how cheap and thin the original insoles are. I have plantar fasciitis and after a month of just wearing these insoles 85% of my pain has subsided.

The inserts I received say , ‘high arch support,’ & I will say, that fit me perfectly, but my arches are more low-medium. I will be returning these because the actual insert is very thin. There is a small amount of sponginess & shock absorption, but not the kind I need for being on my feet for 12-14 hours while working. There is a reasonable cupping for the heel. Overall, I need something more supportive.

These are very comfortable and fit my foot better than other over the counter insoles that I have tried. After wearing them for a few days I promptly ordered 3 more pair.

After trying 20 different kinds of insoles - from dr.scholes, steppers ect... I decided to try these insoles for plantar fasciitis, been suffering for 5 months. I'm on my feet for 8-9 hours a day. These are the most comfortable insoles out of all of them. My feet dont ache anymore and I've only worn them 3 times. Excellent product!

Ho acquistato le PCSsole Ortopediche perché da tempo soffro di fascite plantare e dolori al tallone, soprattutto dopo giornate lunghe in piedi o camminate. Devo dire che sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto: appena inserite nelle scarpe ho sentito subito un miglior sostegno dell’arco plantare e una distribuzione più equilibrata del peso. La differenza si nota soprattutto alla fine della giornata: non ho più quella sensazione di bruciore sotto al piede e i dolori al tallone si sono ridotti notevolmente. Le solette sono robuste ma allo stesso tempo comode, non ingombrano e si adattano bene a diverse scarpe (le ho provate sia nelle sneaker che nelle scarpe da lavoro). Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito è la qualità dei materiali: resistenti ma morbidi nei punti giusti. Non si scaldano troppo e mantengono una buona traspirazione. Le consiglio vivamente a chi soffre di fascite plantare, piede piatto o semplicemente cerca più comfort e supporto nelle proprie scarpe. Per me sono diventate indispensabili.

Genial plantillas, las llevo pocos días puestas y se nota mucho el efecto positivo que producen tras estar todo el día activo. Un acierto por el momento.
