Good fiber source, stilla taste
Not bad taste but definitely can still taste it, tried lots fluids... best with squirt in water flavor added water. No grit. Not bad.

Dissolves pretty well with no added flavor or texture. More expensive than some other brands but I think it's worth it.

High amount of fiber curbs the appetite.
The amount suggested to take of this fiber was about 2 Tablespoons. It made me feel full after eating. I have used another fiber but was always hungry after a meal, so I increased the amount of that brand also. I didn't realize that increasing the amount of fiber that high with each meal would curb my appetite. The end result was much better too!

This fiber works so well you’ll need to invest in a plunger too. No taste. No chunks. Completely dissolves.
