This product is great, it's exactly what I needed the only thing is probably the design part that goes over the ear, could be more comfortable but it's not a huge thing. I think it's great!

Just read where others are experincing similar issue with sound quality. Did a recent shipment just come in or can you ck out to see for yourself the poor sound quality.

Works great! The cord is a little longer than the standard ear piece that comes with the Baofeng radios. The audio is clear, and this product seems to be well made. I would buy again, and I would recommend to a friend.

it is very easy to operate. the ear hook is easy to put and comfortable with both right and left ears. easy reply button. so i would recommend this product.

Terrible sound quality. It’s like listening through a can. The reason why I bought this is so I can hear the radio without putting the volume on high. Now I still have to do it because the words does not come through clear on low. Just beyond frustrating. I only gave it two stars just for the good clip and wire quality.
