Cleans surface dirt and grime reasonably effectively
Bought one of these to use with a Bosch Advanced Aquatak 140 (of which the one I bought annoyingly didn't come with any form of patio cleaning accessory). It was easy to assemble and in use, cleans surface dirt and grime reasonably effectively and I like that it has handles on it for wall or vertical surface use. If there is any really ground in dirt, this isn't quite as good as using a concentrated jet but that takes a lot longer and splashes a lot more. I would definitely recommend this if you patio clean frequently and want to keep water under control... but if you have time, are not bothered about excess splash and want a really concentrated clean, you may be better just using a wand.

A good patio cleaning attachment
I have just used this for the first time on my patio. I had previously used a chemical to kill off moss and had removed dead moss from the joints. My expectation was the patio attachment would clean off the dead moss and underlying dirt. The unit seemed quite powerful when used with my Aquatek 135 and fitted well. The results were quite good but not fantastic, with some ingrained dirt remaining. This is the first time I've used a patio cleaner like this and it is certainly convenient. Also I managed the patio without getting wet. Given its performance I would say the results I got from it were been acceptable but I decided to go over the patio with the lance. This gave better results but was made easier by the earlier cleaning. I will probably use this 2 stage approach in future for convenience and the results. It is a solid construction and should last well.My main negative was that the unit is delivered with a choice of jets depending upon the power washer you use. That is good, but I found it very difficult to press the jets in place. In the end I had to use pliers to press them in. Not ideal! With hindsight a bit of washing up liquid on the jet may have helped, or perhaps better instructions. Also there were a couple of clips which had to be inserted to hold the jets in place. These were a little fiddly and as a suggestion to Bosch, if one prong was 2 mm longer than the other it would make it easier to insert the clips.Overall, would I buy it again? Yes for its ease of operation and acceptable results. Was it value for money? Yes given the solid construction but as usual, there is a bit of a price premium because it is Bosch.

Quick and easy to use
A small amount of assembling was needed but easy enough to do. This attachment is very much more effective than a lance. The job was completed much more quickly and with better results.

????
All good

Not very robust
Quite good if you use it on reasonably flat surfaces, but it soon comes unstuck if used on uneven flag stones. Bits of it broke off and flew across the yard.

Good quality product.
No dislikes, it does the job.

Works brilliantly but self-destructs!
Did a great job cleaning some old concrete paving slabs, but within 10 minutes it had ripped out most of the flimsy plastic ribs around the shroud. It seems to pick up any small items (such as gravel) and they presumably then get trapped between the arms and the shroud, ripping off the ribs.Doesn't look as though it will affect performance, which makes you wonder why they are there in the first place.

Works OK, just very brittle and poor quality
I moved across from Karcher to Bosch thinking i was upgrading.I had had my Karcher patio cleaner for years with no issues, the first time i used the Bosch equivalent it broke.I'm sure i must have hit something for it to happen but it's not like I'm using it as a hammer, just cleaning my patio.Just disappointed in the quality
