Great for telescope tripods.
Great bubble level for astronomy hobbyists. I purchased this to use with my telescope for accurate alignment. This is absolutely perfect for that purpose since the light is an enemy of telescopes. Every time you use a light to do anything on the telescope make you wait for another 10 minutes for your eyes to adjust to darkness. This tool allows you to see the bubble level in the darkness without using any light which is perfect. I used superglue to stick it to a horizontal surface of my tripod and it became permanent accessory of my telescope.

Won't last...
These levels look great and work great -for a while. All of mine lost pressure and the bubbles got huge. The one that not lived in my oisket snd all the lines rubbed off after 2 months of use.

dented on one edge as received.
Looks to me as if the item was dropped prior to packaging causing a noticeable dent and raised area on one edge. Had to file this flush and smooth to get full surface contact on the bottom for accurate reading.
