The lamp works perfectly and I like that it has a dimmer dial, so you can slowly increase the intensity over the course of a minute or so to adjust to it. The size is perfect for placing on my desk for the recommended amount of time/day while I work or read. From a therapeutic standpoint, it's too early to tell, but that would be the case of any light therapy device. It's just Spring on the East Coast (snow on the first day), so I'll use it for the coming month or so and on grey/dismal days. I really took forward to using it in the fall/winter. For the price, it's well worth receiving,if nothing else, a bit of a placebo effect.

I got this for my son as a therapy light was recommended. Love the ease of this, works to combat the dark months and noticed a big difference in sleep and moods. The adjustable brightness and times was key to me. Highly recommend these especially at this price.

I just moved from Southern California to the Pacific Northwest. The days are getting darker and I noticed my mood and energy levels were dipping. I bought this light as a suggestion from a colleague and I was totally skeptical. However, each morning I turn this on for 30-minutes as I wake up and it helps me get motivated to get ready for work while also improving my mood (completely without medication). Best part is that you can just turn it on while you're drinking your morning coffee or reading so face it in your direction and continue your morning ritual! Would highly recommend.

I love this little lamp. It's funny that it looks like a tablet. It's SUPER bright on the highest setting but I like to use it on the lowest setting in the morning when I'm sitting at my desk at work. I also use it at night for a few minutes too. It's too early to tell if its actually helping me or if its a placebo effect but I feel better using it. Can't wait to see if it helps beat the winter blues since the sun doesn't like to shine much in West Michigan during the winter months.

It is my travel and home light.Would be 5 stars if it could run on batteries; a pain to have to always be by a plug !I have only had it a week and cannot figure out how to turn light off, however I confess have not read manual yet🤔

Love the size and ease of use on this product, it’s just like an iPad you set up on an easel (strong easel not a flimsy one) best price and Best Buy for the price...works just as good as any of the others I would say. No need to pay a fortune when this is lower price and works perfect. It really helps with the winter blues & it’s compact and perfect size to stow away for travel or anything really. Doesn’t take up a lot of room. I say buy this!!

I purchased this as a remedy for seasonal affective disorder based on recommendations from friends. I was shocked at how much they cost, so I was afraid since this one was the most affordable, I wouldn’t like it. I love it! I really like the three light brightness settings and the timer. I use it when I get ready for work in the morning and I’m thinking about getting a second one to use while I'm at work. I would definitely recommend.

Getting ready for the winter blues and a lux light is the first piece of the kit. Seems well made and the right temperature to brighten those blues away. While I'm not looking forward to the winter, i am gearing up for all the equipment to mitigate seasonal effective disorder. Friends often suffer so i want to help them out with the right light.
