Super sharp and easy to handle. I would like to point out that this is a Chinese vegetable knife, not meant as a meat cleaver! I see lots of people make that mistake due to its large size

This knife arrived promptly in perfect condition -- yes the stickers on the blade were a little bit of trouble to remove cleanly (acetone works). But knife balance and sharpness were just what I wanted and handle was long enough for larger hands unlike some competing products. Very modest price for such a nice tool.

Very sharp knife. Holds an edge. Pretty inexpensive but it seems like a high quality knife. Feel good in your hand. Stickers, mentioned by another rater, came right of with a squirt of Goof Off.

Spent $29+ but additional 1.5 hours to clean 3 annoying sticky tags. Are the tags edible? I should vote 0 start if system had.
