I got a slight flush and a hint of indigestion. 700mg which I think makes them higher strength than other competitors and pricey, though they do the trick so that’s got to make them worth the money! These male Gingseng supplement has 10 capsules. The capsules have an expiry date of 21 months after delivery. The capsules are smaller than a multi vitamin and are easy to swallow. They have no detectable taste or after taste and no smell I could detect.

They don't taste as bad as I thought and I can say I've not felt any elevation in heart rate.As far actual performance, I can't say I've noticed a difference really to be fair but I'm not sure how to actu6guage that accurately

I've used the higher strength Menhancer tablets, and the only difference I can really see in the different strengths is how long they last. The top tier, the black ones still have an effect on me a good 12 to 14 hours later. These wore off around 8 hours later. These also seemed to take slightly longer to take effect, the black and gold started working after around 15 to 20 minutes, these took about the half an hour it recommends. The effect was still the same, the blood flow to certain areas seemed to be better. Maybe it's a placebo effect, but I don't think so.
