Very good & precise
Awesome product. I haven’t found a pill cutter that cuts pills exactly in half, but this one gets pretty close. The sides hold the pill(s) steady and make cutting multiple pills at once possible. Very easy to do. I bought because I went on a dose of medicine that requires me taking a pill and a half so I use this every week to cut up pills and it has held up very well so far (about a month and a half). I would recommend it to others because it has been such a good addition to my medicine box.

Sturdy and easy to use for multiple pills
I really like this pill cutter. You can line up your pills, snap the cover, and your pills are cut cleanly. It's easier to cut multiple pills. I have some smaller ones, and I got 6 lined up and cut. Makes it much easier and faster to cut 90 pills. I do have some larger ones to cut but haven't been able to try it yet. I expect it will handle just as easy. The cutter handles easily and seems sturdy in cutting the pills. This includes a brush that you can use to clean the pill cutter with.

Precision cuts
You wouldn’t think a pill cutter would be such a big deal! This one is perfect. It cuts several pills at the same time and the cuts are precise. After the pills are cut you just tip it and all the pills go into a little reservoir. The little dial adjusts to a wide range of pill sizes and holds them tight while you cut them. I love it!

Excellent Pill Cutter
Just as described. I really like the way you can adjust it to hold the pills while cutting. Also, nice that the cutting blade retracts when you open it.Makes nice neat, equal size pieces for easy use. Works much better than any of the other brands I have used in the past.

Just okay
It does hold the pills tightly, however it takes a lot of finessing the grippers to get the pills just right. Too tight and the pop up, to loose and they move, which makes sense of course but the adjustments take time and patience. As for multiple pill cutting, the most I could get was two for them to be equal in size and for the quarter cuts you must again delicately rotate the cut halves, tighten and cut. Plus there are holes in the base that my pill quarters slipped into and they were difficult to get them out, kinda had to crush the pill segment some.Overall it cuts, but I wouldn't say any better than my single pill cutters and it takes more to adjust properly.

Why did I not look for this product sooner?
I have been prescribed a very small pill that I am required to cut in half to take one half in the morning and the other half at night. My pharmacy gives out free pill splitters when you ask for them. I have used their pill splitters in the past for larger oblong pills without any difficulty so when I read that I needed to cut the tiny pill in half, I wasn’t concerned. Well, I should have been. The pill is so small and getting it just right in the center of the given pill splitter was hit and miss. I frequently had one side considerably larger than the other side. And many, many times, the thinner side would split into bits. I usually assemble a month’s worth of my medications at one sitting into four week-sorted pill containers that make taking my meds foolproof. But I was spending more time splitting the small pills into equal portions than I spent sorting an entire month’s worth of all my medication.I gave up on the pill splitter that I was given through the pharmacy. I tried using a sharp knife. I tried using my super sharp and very small detailed crafting scissors. I tried my Exacto knife. I finally thought that there must be a better pill splitter on the market so I went hunting for one. This pill splitter, with the adjustable wheels on the side to grip the tiny pills assured me that I was going to get a pill perfectly split down the middle with no crumbled bits to contend with. And no portions either flying across the table or falling out of the bottom of the splitter onto the floor.I am also very happy that I can fit multiple pills into the splitter at once instead of having to very careful cut a single pill at a time. It is amazing! I just sat down and cut the entire bottle of little pills in equal halves in just a few minutes time. I can now have the halves ready to dispense for the month like I do the rest of my medication. My only regret is that I didn’t know this thing existed until just recently. I have wasted time on those darned pills for over ten years! Using this new splitter had them ready to go within about five minutes, cutting evenly through 9 pills in one push! Amazing. I highly recommend this splitter, especially for very small pills!

It Works, But...
This pill cutter is almost perfect, it cuts the pills apart cleanly with just little dust chips left behind. The part that isn't perfect is if your pills have a cut line down the center it's hard to line up the cut lines with the blade that actually cuts them. This is caused by the method of closing the sides around the pills. As you close the sides, one side goes up, the other side goes down. This rotates the pill as it closes so the only way to cut a pill on the line is if you align the pill so it is off by the amount the cutter will rotate it. While this is possible it gets more difficult when you have multiple pills, thus defeating the time saving of cutting multiple pills at once. I really like the cutter so I will take the time to line up the pills until someone invents one that won't rotate the pills when it is closed. If your pills don't have a cut line you are good to go, this splitter will do a better job than any others I've tried.
