Q: Looking for something to proctect gas pipe from electric cable

It is only foam insulation and would not be ideal to isolate electrical cables from copper pipe work. I would shield the electrical cable in plastic conduit to be sure or route the wires as far from the gas pipe as possible.

Q: replace my pipe insulation, the only thing i can make out on it is the following writing "armaflex class o e9f 022" would this be the correct size?

Sorry, can’t help because you don’t say what size your pipes are. But it is quite stretchy. We used it on our cold water supply pipe.

Q: Can this be used for externally run 21.5mm condensate pipe?

The Armaflex Self Seal is fully waterproof and can offer protection against frost but it has low UV protection meaning if the insulation is exposed to a lot of sunlight it may eventually start to harden and breakaway from the pipe. Armaflex HT is the UV protected lagging in the product range but this product is not available in presplit form.
